Yoga Vitamins will teach sequences of yoga postures with breathing techniques, proper alignment, and individualized modifications. The sequences you learn can be used “off the mat” during the hectic pace of daily life, and for increased energy and well being. You’ll be able to bring your yoga practice into your life, and use these new skills throughout your day. Start your day with more energy, well-being and focus. End your day with peace, satisfaction and a good night’s sleep. Learn how to experience calm energy and peace of mind. Isabella has been teaching yoga for 40 years and holds an E-RYT 500 teacher through the Yoga Alliance. Her students include pro athletes, seniors, vets, college students and kindergarteners.
