Don’t let the holidays be stressful! Enjoy restful yoga & healing practices to renew, release & re-connect to self during the holiday season. This guided, gentle yoga class will help reduce stress and relieve tension in the mind & body. The four week series is designed to be accessible to all bodies. Give yourself the gift of this nourishing midweek practice. No experience or flexibility required.
This course will be offered on Wednesdays, 5:30 – 6:45 pm from November 29th through December 20th.
This 4 week series is being offered Pay-What-You-Can $20-$80. The value of this series is $80. Sign-up from here.
You can pay online for the series in increments of $10 between $20-$80. You are also welcome to pay over the phone at 434-218-7677, or in person at our Jefferson School location when we have other services going on.
This series will require a minimum of 8 people to be signed-up. If we haven’t hit the minimum we will contact those already signed up so that we all have chance to recruit a friend or two in the last few days!

About Benita Mayo: Benita Mayo RYT 200 – In 2006, during one of many diet & exercise endeavors, Benita was introduced to yoga by her personal trainer. She was drawn to yoga for the physical benefits and didn’t expect it would completely transform her life. She completed her Yoga Teacher training at Sol Yoga in Frederick MD and has additional certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga for All. Benita is passionate about holistic health, wellness and life balance; and strives to make yoga accessible to every-BODY. Benita uses her experience as both a larger-bodied yoga student and teacher to partner with her students to make classes welcoming and inclusive. Benita is a native of Virginia and received her BA from the University of Virginia. Benita is a Fine Art Photographer, enjoys traveling and riding her bicycle on the many Virginia trails. Benita teaches Slow Flow, Gentle and Yin.
