Take some time for self-care with this series focused on cultivating self-love. Find peace in passive floor poses and explore the supportiveness of props. Yin is a slow-paced practice where poses are held for longer periods of time, from 3-5 minutes or more. Yin opens up connective tissues and helps release the fascia, as well as increases circulation, improves flexibility, and improves joint mobility. Longer holds allow for a more meditative practice, giving time to turn inward to calm and balance the mind and body. Explore deep stretches, expansive heart-openers and poses that encourage self-love and acceptance while helping you cultivate inner and outer strength.
