Grab whatever helps you feel extra cozy, and join us for a restorative yoga workshop focused on self-care! Discover relaxing poses using what you have at home as props. You’ll learn how to set up cozy, restorative yoga poses using things you have around the house, and you’ll learn the benefits of each pose. Andi will also share techniques to de-stress, and after the workshop, you’ll receive an emailed handout with each pose, props needed, and instruction for how to set up.
*This workshop involves the use of items you can find around your home (e.g. pillow, blanket, belt, tie, etc.)*
This workshop will be offered on Sunday, February 28th, 2021 from 4:00pm – 5:15pm. This is a live virtual class held via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you one hour before class.
This one-time workshop is being offered Pay-What-You-Can $15-$30 per person. The value of this workshop is $30. Sign-up from here.

Andi Senatro has been practicing yoga for over ten years and believes in the power yoga possesses to help everyone grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. She completed her 230-hour yoga teacher training as well as a Yoga, Psychology & Trauma training at Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC. Andi loves teaching strengthening postures as well as restorative ones. Her favorite poses are a super supported Reclined Bound Angle Pose, as well as standing balances and inversions like headstand and wheel. Andi also has a degree in Studio Art and loves to incorporate her passions for both art and yoga in a program she designed called Art and Mindfulness.
