This workshop will be offered on Saturday, March 6th, 2021 from 1:00pm – 2:30pm. This is a live virtual class held via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you one hour before the class begins.

About the instructor, David Langner, M.A.: David’s workshops are grounded in neuroscience, psychology and contemplative traditions, and emphasize mindfulness practices combined with science-based habit formation methods. He holds a masters degree in Buddhist Studies, and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. He is the founder of The Habit Institute, and a financial management coach at the Community Investment Collaborative, in Charlottesville, VA.
