Slow Flow – An 8 Week Series

Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply in this Slow Flow class. This class includes variations of Sun Salutations and encourages mindful movements that build strength, balance and awareness of breath. The slow pace allows students to explore deeper breathing and the synchronization of breath with movement while cultivating stable, self-centering energy in poses. This class helps to calm the nervous system while also building strength and flexibility. Appropriate for students of all levels.

This course will be offered on Tuesdays, 5:30pm – 6:45pm from May 28th through July 16th, 2019.

This 8 week series is being offered Pay-What-You-Can $40-$160. The value of this series is $160.

You can pay online for the series in increments of $10 between $40-$160. You are also welcome to pay over the phone at 434-218-7677, or in person at our Jefferson School location when we have other services going on.

This series will require a minimum of 8 people to be signed-up. If we haven’t hit the minimum we will contact those already signed up so that we all have chance to recruit a friend or two in the last few days!

Please note: No substitutions. Cancellations for this series must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the first class; refunds will not be issued after this point. Refunds are not available for missed classes.

Andi Senatro completed her yoga teacher training at Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC. She has lived in several different places and loves to travel, though she has spent most her time in Virginia. Andi has been practicing yoga for seven years and believes in the power yoga possesses to help everyone grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. Her favorite poses are standing balances, and inversions like headstand and wheel. She also loves teaching strengthening postures as well as restorative ones.
