This workshop series will cover mindfulness for habit change, and insights from behavioral science to identify and remove barriers, and change your environment so new endeavors unfold with ease. Drawing from ancient wisdom and modern psychology, David guides participants through workshop activities, mindfulness practices, and a step-by-step path to launch and strengthen new resolutions.
This course will be offered on Thursdays from 5:30pm – 6:15pm, January 7th through February 4th, 2021. This is a live virtual class held via Zoom. The meeting link will be sent in your registration confirmation email.

About the instructor, David Langner, M.A.: David’s master’s research focused on habit formation theory. His instructions are grounded in neuroscience, psychology and contemplative traditions, and emphasize evidence-based habit formation techniques combined with mindfulness-based practices. David holds a masters degree in Buddhist Studies, and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. He is the Financial Management Coach at the Community Investment Collaborative, in Charlottesville, VA, and founder of The Habit Institute, a coaching and consultancy firm for individuals and small businesses.
