Resetting, Grounding, and New Beginnings: A 3 week yoga series with Elisa Ferrante

This beginner-friendly 3 week yoga series taught by Elisa Ferrante will help reset mind and body so that you can start the new year grounded. The classes will focus on using basic yoga poses and an approachable meditation practice to set positive intentions for the new year. Elisa will also include guidance on how to start your own home yoga practice. All levels are welcome to attend.

This series will take place on Saturdays, Jan. 9th, Jan. 16th, and Jan. 23rd from 9:00-10:15amĀ at Common Ground Healing Arts. You may sign-up for the series altogether and receive a 10% discount, or drop-in for any or all of the series and pay Common Ground’s standard drop-in rates.

Elisa-FerranteAbout Elisa:
Elisa Ferrante became an avid Ashtanga practitioner in 2006. She completed a 300-hour course at the Charlottesville Yoga School, becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance in 2010. She has since taught hatha style yoga classes in both English and Spanish. Her emphasis is on connecting movements to the breath and building internal physical awareness with gentle flow into yoga positions and meditation.
