Relaxing Full Body Yoga

A slower paced class that incorporates the whole range of yoga poses for a whole body stretch and strengthen. Standing poses, twists, side stretches, core strengthening- we will practice it all at a thoughtful pace with time to breathe

Both instruction and transitions are at a slow pace making this a good choice for most levels of experience.

Please bring your mat and any props you may wish to use.

This course will be offered on Mondays from 5:30pm-6:30pm, July 5th through July 26th, 2021. This is an in-person class that will meet at our Jefferson School location.

This 3-week series is being offered Pay-What-You-Can $15-$60 per person. The value of this series is $100. Sign-upĀ from here.

Please note: No substitutions. Cancellations for this series must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the first class, refunds will not be issued after this point. Refunds are not available for missed classes.

About the Instructor: Caitlin Pitts has practiced yoga for over 25 years (!) and loves the peace it brings to the mind and the release of tension it brings to the body. She focuses on bringing a calm state of mind and a healthy flowing physical practice to her classes. She has trained with many wonderful teachers mainly in California since 2002, and loves all types of yoga!
