Movement and Breathing for Stress Relief and Resilience

Learn simple movements, breathing, and meditation techniques that will help to relieve stress and build stress resilience, increase empathic abilities and relationships, and help to increase cardio-respiratory health.

In this class that is meant for people of all abilities and ages, we’ll help to ease the stress of the holiday season (and life!) while increasing your ability to connect by working through a series of gentle movements and utilizing breathing rates both with movement and alone. The techniques used in this class are based in Qigong, coherent breathing, and guided meditation. They are safe for everyone and supported by scientific studies.

Take some time to connect to yourself and others during this holiday season.

This course will be offered on Tuesdays, November 26 – December 17, 2019 from 7:00 – 8:15 pm.
