Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is known to decrease stress and increase self-acceptance through a gentle and nurturing practice designed to bring loving kindness and self-awareness into our lives.

Join in this fall series to explore the many layers of this beautiful, timeless practice.

New students are able to join at any time throughout the series.

Come join us in this series of ten classes offered on Mondays, 7:00pm – 8:00pm, September 13th through November 15th, 2021. This is a live virtual class held via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you one hour before each class. 

The 10-week series is being offered at Pay-What-You-Can $50-$200 per person. The value of the series is $200. Sign up here.
