Regular meditation promotes greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. It can be helpful during moments of stress, when you feel the need to reboot, find stillness and to breathe. Mindfulness is about being fully present in the moment and the breath can be an anchor to the here and now.
Every Sunday except the third Sunday of the month. Each class is offered on a donation basis; no one will be turned away for inability to pay. No pre-registration is necessary.
