Isabella Jones will be offering a donation-based “Intro to Yoga” class on Thursday, March 12th from 7-8pm.
Intro to Yoga will teach sequences of yoga postures with breathing techniques, proper alignment, and individualized modifications. The sequences you learn can be used “off the mat” during the hectic pace of daily life, and for increased energy and well being. You’ll be able to bring your yoga practice into your life, and use these new skills throughout your day. Start your day with more energy, well-being and focus. End your day with peace, satisfaction and a good night’s sleep. Learn how to experience calm energy and peace of mind. Sign up in advance as space is limited. *Please note that this class is Donation Based, so please honor the teacher and service by making a donation that is accessible for you.
