Holistic Yoga for Happy Hips with Mia White is part of a rotating series that meets you where you are, gently and evenly stretches and strengthens your whole body, moving it with the breath, and building your all-important mind-body connection. Each 6-week session focuses on one area of the body at a time, to deepen your knowledge and mastery, and integrate your parts. The focus rotates between Happy Hips, Supple Shoulders, Healthy Back, Better Brain, Better Balance and Deeper Sleep.
By taking each session, you will grow your body-mind connection in layers, learning on a cellular level how each part is connected to the whole.
This course will be offered on Tuesdays, 9:00am – 10:15am, February 16th through March 23rd. This is a live virtual class held via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you one hour before each class.
The 6-week series is being offered at Pay-What-You-Can $30-$120 per person. The value of the series is $120. Sign-up here.
