This class is suitable for anyone who can get up and down from the floor with relative ease. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary, as this is a gentle class. Please have a yoga strap (I recommend one with a metal double-D ring buckle) and 2 foam blocks, a mat or other non-slippery floor surface, and 2 yoga blankets or folded towels. I look forward to practicing with you!
This course will be offered on Tuesdays, 9:00am – 10:15am, September 8th through October 13th. This is a live virtual class held via Zoom. The meeting link will be sent in your registration confirmation email.
