Healing Tools for Blossoming into Spring

You are not alone in your healing journey, even though you may feel lonely at times. You are invited to join a healing space designed to give you that extra support as you take time for yourself, and reignite the light that already shines deep within you. As spring approaches, we will build upon your existing toolkit, using breath (breathing exercises), movement (simple dance moves), and affirmations (positive mantras) to nourish your soil and prepare you for bloom. At the end of the series, you will have a set of practical tools to add to your daily practice of self-care, self-love and self-forgiveness. Like Rumi says, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” So, come join a supportive class that encourages you to create, heal, and blossom to your truest sense of self just in time for spring! As we all heal together, it would be an honor to serve and support you.

This course will be offered on Wednesdays from 7:00pm -8:00pm.
