The foam roller is an amazingly versatile tool that can be used for self-massage and myofascial release as well as Pilates-style toning. Using it just feels like play! Join me for this fun practice to gently massage and hydrate the whole body, release myofascial adhesions (stuck places), and tone the core without strain. The result is a more limber, fluid, happy body. This is a gentle-to-moderate-level class.
If you don’t already have a foam roller, I highly recommend the OPTP Soft roller which can be found on Amazon. It will last your lifetime. But you are welcome to use whatever kind of roller you have.
Note: A foam roller is required for this class.
This course will be offered on Fridays, 9:00am – 9:45am, May 21st through June 18th, 2021. This is a live virtual class held via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you one hour before each class.
