FINANCIAL POLICIES
At Common Ground, all services are offered on a Pay-What-You-Can scale. Each class or treatment is posted with a range of suggested fees intended to give the client a sense of the service’s value. We ask that each client honestly consider their own financial resources, as well as the needs of the practitioner and Common Ground itself, and offer payment according to their ability. No contribution is too small, but we encourage those who are able to consider paying the full amount, which will help subsidize another client.
We do not bill insurance or provide information to insurance companies. If you need a receipt to submit to your insurance/flex plan, please request a receipt upon payment.
Late Policy: For first acupuncture and massage appointments please arrive 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you in as long as it does not affect other clients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment and we are unable to squeeze you in, it will be deemed a missed appointment.
Missed Appointments and Cancellation Policy: Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service; payment is due within one week of the missed appointment, or upon completion of the next appointment, whichever comes first. We greatly appreciate your understanding of our need to apply this policy, which helps us continue to serve our community with high quality, affordable health care services.
