Transformational Empowerment: “A Technology of the Mind” to build the life you desire

Transformational Empowerment (TE) is a process of time-tested visualizations, affirmations, and mental shifts to create what you desire in your life.  This seven step process helps you move through blocks or barriers that keep you stuck or delay you from fulfilling your heart’s desires. Based on spiritual teachings, Emotional Intelligence, and other principles you can put this process to use right away to see results.

Dr. Linda J. Ferguson is a seasoned trainer, facilitator and coach.  She provides spiritual life coaching, workshops, retreats, and webinars that support people living mindfully, expand their inner peace, and stay connected to their Higher Power as they navigate daily life stresses.

Ferguson has written two books, The Path for Greatness: Work as Spiritual Service” and “Staying Grounded in Shifting Sand: Awakening Soul Consciousness for the New Millennium” and writes a weekly blog on Spirituality and Work-  www.managementhelp.org/blogs/spirituality/.

Linda earned her M.A. in Social Psychology and Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Indiana University.  Currently she lives in Virginia where she practices Sufi Dances of Universal Peace, Shamanic drumming, sacred chanting, Integral yoga, Native American sweat lodges, and sacred Earth seasons ceremony.  Her spiritual journey has intersected many paths over the last 25 years, gaining insights from various faith traditions.   She follows the philosophy that spiritual paths are many, all extending from the same Source.

About C’ville Satsang:
C’ville Satsang is a local group of like-minded individuals seeking a greater sense of community and connection through the love of all things yoga. Once a month we gather together to play, practice, discuss, meditate or chant. This group is intended as a collaboration between teachers, students and the yoga curious as a way to keep expanding our knowledge and loving support off our mats.

This event is offered to the community at no charge; donations to Common Ground are welcome to support use of their space.
