Embodied Healing: Exploring Acupuncture Meridians & the Five Elements

Come learn about the five elements and acupuncture meridians through the lens of Chinese Medicine, exploring what each has to offer us for grounding and healing as we move through challenging times. This 6-week series will explore points along the 12 primary acupuncture meridians, the energetics of each element, and how they present both in nature and in people. Each class will consist of a mix of theory and embodied practices as we explore how the tools of Chinese Medicine can support our capacity to meet life with a greater sense of calm and purpose. This class is open to all and no prior knowledge of or experience with acupuncture is necessary.
