A relaxed paced yoga class with a mix of core strengthening and wonderful stretching for the whole body. Creatively blending yoga poses with Pilates exercises in a fun and effective way, specifically aimed at staying strong and supported from the core!

About the Instructor: Caitlin Pitts has practiced yoga for over 25 years (!) and loves the peace it brings to the mind and the release of tension it brings to the body. She focuses on bringing a calm state of mind and a healthy flowing physical practice to her classes. She has trained with many wonderful teachers mainly in California since 2002, and loves all types of yoga!
