Change the Trajectory of Your Life

Have you ever had the realization that the life you are living isn’t much different than the life you were living 5, 10 or 20 years ago? Do you fear you will be choosing the same work, same relationships and be re-living the same patterns for another 5, 10 or 20 years? Do you feel you are wasting precious time and not living your life to its fullest?

If so, take a powerful step forward and join us in Change the Trajectory of Your Life. You will learn how the brain and nervous system works, and why you repeat the same patterns day in and day out. You will identify the patterns that keep you stuck and learn how to use simple techniques to create healthy habits that will result in long-lasting change.

The everyday choices are what influence the trajectory of your life. It’s time to take the reins and begin the process of creating a life by your own design and not one of default. This time together will be insightful, fun, powerful and life changing.

We’ll lean into various modalities, including yoga & movement inquiry, meditation, Yoga Nidra, self-inquiry, with plenty of time for Q&A. Dress comfortably and bring a journal.

This course will be offered on Wednesdays, 5:30pm- 6:45pm from June 5th – July 17th. There will be no class July 3rd. 

This 6 week series is being offered Pay-What-You-Can $30-$120. The value of this series is $120.

You can pay online for the series in increments of $10 between $30-$120. You are also welcome to pay over the phone at 434-218-7677, or in person at our Jefferson School location when we have other services going on.

This series will require a minimum of 5 people to be signed-up. If we haven’t hit the minimum we will contact those already signed up so that we all have chance to recruit a friend or two in the last few days!

Please note: There will be no class July 3rd. No substitutions. Cancellations for this series must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the first class; refunds will not be issued after this point. Refunds are not available for missed classes.
