Spring is a time of renewal and the perfect time to revisit and refresh intentions for the future. Join us for an afternoon engaging in nourishing practices for relaxation, healing, and connection. Experienced teachers will guide you on a life-giving journey with activities including Yoga, Breathwork, SoulCollage,®️ Meditative Writing and more.
This retreat is offered by donation (no one will be turned away for inability to pay) but advanced registration is helpful so that the teachers know what to bring for supplies.
Please note: this spring retreat is being held instead of the ongoing, monthly Yoga for Women of Color class at Common Ground. May 2018’s class will resume on the third Sunday of the month from 2:00-3:15pm.
This retreat is offered by The Women’s Initiative and Common Ground Healing Arts, and led by a team of teachers of color organized by Eboni Bugg, LCSW, RYT. Class will take place at Common Ground Healing Arts (directions).
