This 6 week course is for anyone in recovery from the white chip to the anniversary chip and anyone looking to overcome self-destructive or addictive tendencies. Family members of addicts, yoga teachers, therapists and counselors will also find this workshop helpful. Yoga of Recovery combines Yoga, Ayurveda and 12-step principles to create a holistic approach to recovery.

This class is a stepping stone to transformation using yoga therapy techniques that delve deep into our compulsive behaviors.
