Through the end of September a one hour session with Ryan is Pay-What-You-Can $40-$80. Once the September special is complete a one hour session with Ryan will be Pay-What-You-Can $60-$80.

About Zero Balancing:
Zero Balancing (ZB) is a gentle but powerful touch therapy for the body and mind. ZB practitioners use gentle pressure and traction to release areas of tension in the bones, joints, soft tissues and energy fields of the body. Deeply relaxing and energizing, ZB helps relieve symptoms of physical and emotional stress, clears blocks in the body’s energy flow and amplifies vitality on all levels. During ZB clients stay fully clothed. As such, please wear comfortable clothes.

About Foot Reflexology:
During Foot Reflexology practitioners use charts of the feet to guide them as they apply gentle application of pressure to specific areas. The theory is that these areas correspond to organs, muscle groups, and systems of the body. From the Mayo Clinic: Several studies funded by the National Cancer Institute and the National Institutes of Health indicate that reflexology may reduce pain and psychological symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, and enhance relaxation and sleep. Studies also show that reflexology may have benefits in palliative care of people with cancer.

Ryan Lee is a certified Zero Balancing practitioner, with each treatment drawing from over 16 years of hands-on holistic bodywork experience. Grounded in his experience and understanding of both the physical and energetic systems of the body, each ZB treatment supports physical health and vitality, mental and emotional wellness/recovery, and a deeper connection to our own inner resources, wholeness and potential.
