Stress Reduction Yoga for Healthcare Providers with Bess McHugh

Working in Health Care?  Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or physically and mentally drained from the demands of your career?   Stress Reduction Yoga for Health Care Providers will assist anyone working in a health-care setting to develop yoga techniques to reduce daily stress.  Focusing on the core yoga principles of controlled breathing, basic poses, and meditation, practitioners will develop skills to improve their yoga practices and improve their lives. From novice to expert, all levels will benefit from exploring what yoga has to offer. Scrubs welcome.

Please note: it is ok if you cannot attend every class; we know that healthcare providers have unique schedules. Do not let this prevent you from taking the series! Feel welcome to take this into account as you choose what you can pay. It is however required that you be registered in advance of the first class on July 24th.

This course will be offered on Mondays, 7pm -8:15pm  from July 24th  through August 28th.

This 6 week series is being offered Pay-What-You-Can $30-$120. The value of this series is $120. Sign-up from here.

You can pay online for the series in increments of $10 between $30-$120. You are also welcome to pay over the phone at 434-218-7677, or in person at our Jefferson School location when we have other services going on.

This series will require a minimum of 8 people to be signed-up. If we haven’t hit the minimum we will contact those already signed up so that we all have chance to recruit a friend or two in the last few days!

Please note: refunds are not available for missed classes. No substitutions. Cancellations for this series must be made 24 hours in advance of the first class.
