Common Ground welcomes you to our space as a place to support your wellness and self-care during pregnancy, as well as during the postpartum time. Our services are offered on a sliding scale, and we encourage all expectant moms, new parents, and those planning a family to join us for gentle yoga, acupuncture, massage therapy, and meditation. Acupuncture can support fertility, treat symptoms that arise during the course of pregnancy, and support healing and restoring the strength needed for parenting during the postpartum period. Please view our community acupuncture schedule.
A gentle and supportive practice, restorative yoga can serve a Mama well in preparation for labor, and as a gentle entry into practicing again postpartum. Check our Yoga Schedule for drop-in restorative yoga classes or class series. Please note: class series require advanced registration.
Guided Mindfulness Meditation:
Wednesdays and Fridays from 12-1pm, meditation offers a great opportunity to direct your attention inward and practice presence with all that may arise.
