Lunch Hour Meditation:
Wednesdays, 12-1pm & Fridays, 12-1pm
Lunch Hour Meditation at Common Ground is led by rotating IMCC teachers. Join us for guided insight and heart meditations, with time for questions and discussion. These sitting periods are open to all levels of meditators including those new to practice. Advance registration is not required and you may drop in at any time. There is no fee. Donations are welcome, appreciated, and benefit both Common Ground and IMCC.
Time for Stopping: Friday Evening Meditation with friends of Asha Greer
Fridays, 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Asha Greer and rotating guests host Friday evening meditations from 6:30-7:30pm. Drop-ins very welcome.
These Friday evening meditations are an opportunity for you to embrace doing nothing. That’s right: nothing. With so much going on in our world and our lives, this is a chance to feel ok and at peace with *just* being present.
Asha will give brief instructions, and then the meditation will begin. Please come early. These classes are offered by donation, and your generosity is greatly appreciated.
