Mantras have always played a key role in Yoga and spiritual development. They are also used in Vedic Astrology for remedies. Andrew Foss, PhD, will explain how anyone can easily find their personal mantras based on their date and, if available, time of birth. He will show how these can give insights into our life as well as being useful for personal growth as well as overcoming difficulties. His new book Yoga of the Planets list all these mantras with translation and commentary and is proving very popular among those interested in Yoga, personal development, philosophy and astrology.
