Beginning January 2nd ALL Drop-in Yoga Classes at Common Ground will be Pay-What-You-Can $5-$15.
We have a wide array of classes, from Chair Yoga with Karen Barker which offers gentle movement for individuals who have difficulty getting up/down from the floor or who cannot stand for long periods of time to Inner Body Vinyasa with Kevin Warren, a Level 2 class which offers experienced yogis an opportunity to build strength in longer held positions and explore yogic philosophy.
Common Ground’s goal is to make our services affordable and accessible. We know that one of the challenges with exploring yoga for the first time is that it’s hard to know where to begin! Check out our drop-in schedule from here and learn more about our yoga teachers from here.
