Common Ground currently offers 4 drop-in yoga classes each week. No advanced registration is required and class is Pay-What-You-Can $5-15:

Mondays, 5:30-6:45pm: Level 1 & 2 Yoga with Cynthia Woodring. Kind, friendly and educational multi-level yoga.

Tuesdays, 5:45-7:00pm: Yoga at IX Art Park with Cora Houghton. Outdoor yoga! Cash or check only. Details.

Wednesdays, 5:30-6:45pm: Level 1 Yoga with Lili Powell. ***taking a break after 5/23/18***

Saturdays, 10:30-11:45am: Level 1 & 2 Yoga with Cora Houghton. Safe, playful slow flow for intermediate students.

You can find more information about our drop-in classes from here. On the 3rd Sunday of each month, we also have Yoga for Women of Color from 2:00-3:15pm.

Most of Common Ground’s yoga programming is offered in series and workshops. Classes are weekly for somewhere between 4-8 weeks, depending on the series, and the cost is equivalent to Pay What You Can $5-$15 per class. For example, 6 week series are offered Pay-What-You-Can $30-$120. Pre-registration is required. Payment for the entire series is due at the time of registration. IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please arrive 15 minutes in advance if it is your first visit to Common Ground to fill out two quick forms. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to class.
