Our drop-in yoga & meditation schedule is below, please allow a moment for it to load.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please arrive 15 minutes in advance if it is your first visit to Common Ground to fill out two quick forms. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to class. Online registration for a drop-in yoga class is not required.

Common Ground offers a small but mighty number of drop-in yoga and meditation classes. Details below.

The majority of our yoga program is offered in 6 week series. Learn more about our upcoming series from here.

 On the 3rd Sunday of each month, we also have Yoga for Women of Color from 2:00-3:15pm.

All drop-in meditations are offered by donation, and all drop-in yoga classes are Pay-What-You-Can $5-$15. If you’d like help finding the right class for you or have any questions, please give us a call at 434-218-7677!
