Our yoga & meditation schedule is below, please allow a moment for it to load.  You can also download a printer-friendly version of our schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please arrive 15 minutes in advance if it is your first visit to Common Ground to fill out two quick forms. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to class.

You are welcome to drop-in to any of these classes with the exception of Monday’s 7pm IMCC meditation series; our 3 week Refresh, Renew and Rebalance Series (beginning Thursday, December 3rd, 7-:15pm); the 6 week Intro to Yoga Series (the next series begins Wednesday, January 1st, 5:30-6:45pm); and the upcoming 6 week Yoga for Beginners Series  (the next series begins Wednesday, February 17th).
