Our yoga & meditation schedule is below, please allow a moment for it to load.  You can also download a printer-friendly version of our schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please arrive 15 minutes in advance if it is your first visit to Common Ground to fill out two quick forms. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to class.

Common Ground offers a full schedule of weekly yoga in Charlottesville taught by certified, experienced yoga teachers.

All of our in-studio classes accept drop-in students, with the following exceptions:

  • Showers to Flowers – May 5th – May 26th, 7:00-8:15pm. A 4 week Thursday evening May yoga series with Elisa Ferrate
  • Yoga for Beginners Series – May 25th – June 29th, 5:30-6:45pm. A 6 week beginner friendly series with Lili Powell.
  • Yoga of Recovery – June 8th – July 13th, 7:00-8:30pm. A 6 week series with Chitra Kate McDevitt that combines Yoga, Ayurveda and 12-step principles to create a holistic approach to recovery.

We also have a spring series of Yoga at Vineyards & Cideries. Pre-registration required and available via the links below:

Community Yoga being offered on a Pay-What-You-Can basis from $5-15:

Our rates for yoga are competitive in Charlottesville, because we are a non-profit committed to making complementary health care accessible for all. Clients pay on a sliding scale, based on income.
