Our yoga & meditation schedule is below, please allow a moment for it to load.  You can also download a printer-friendly version of our schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please arrive 15 minutes in advance if it is your first visit to Common Ground to fill out two quick forms. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to class. You are welcome to drop-in to any of these classes with the exception of Monday’s 7pm IMCC meditation, and Wednesday’s 5:30pm Intro to Yoga or Yoga for Beginners. These 6 week series require pre-registration which is available here for IMCC meditation, and here for Intro to Yoga.

Online registration is not necessary for any of the other drop-in classes. If you have any questions or are wondering which class would be a good fit for you, please give us a call at 434-218-7677.
