Common Ground offers a small but mighty number of drop-in yoga and meditation classes. You can find information about our drop-in classes from here. On the 3rd Sunday of each month, we also have Yoga for Women of Color from 2:00-3:15pm.

Most of Common Ground’s yoga programming is comprised of 6 week series. These class series are organized into “sessions” that begin and end in a given time frame. 6 week series  are offered Pay-What-You-Can $30-$120. Pre-registration is required.
